Thankfully, it is now October!

I survived the month of September - whew! It was certainly a crazy month at school. I have to say start up in the second year as an administrator has been much better than the first. Knowing the people in the building makes such a difference. It reinforces to me the importance of relationships in a school.

I am hopeful that October will see a reduction in the seemingly endless bits of administrivia that dominates the month of September, so that we can begin working more closely with students and teachers to create an even better learning environment here at Maple Creek Middle.
